With over 25 years of coaching, teaching and mentoring experience, Wayne Bown has built a reputation as a conscientious professional who consistently delivers high standards. After graduating in mathematics from the University of Warwick in 2003, Wayne also achieved a Masters Degree (with distinction) in Leadership and Management.
In addition to working as a head teacher in the education sector, Wayne has supported the development of numerous youth sports clubs and was recognised with a nomination for NHS Gloucestershire Coach of the Year in 2011 after guiding a village football team to their highest ever league status and championship. Wayne has also worked alongside Premier League coaches and managers during professional qualification and licence events, gaining valuable insight through working with world class professionals.
After a respectable sporting career, Wayne’s true passion now lies in developing people of all ages and backgrounds across a variety of sectors. Dedicated and adaptable, Wayne would enjoy the challenge of bringing his knowledge, experience and skillset to support you or your organisation.
